Influence Affect of Movernent the High Blood Pressure Efficiency


Abstract
The previous report proved that the high blood pressure of the spontaneously hypertensive.
In this report, one experiment (A) was carried out intending to clear whether the high blood pressure of SHR can be lowered by the voluntary exercise even. began in their adulthood when their blood pressure bad already been elated.
In another experiment (B), influences of a kind of forced exercise (2000 meter walking for 6 hours at a speed of 6-7 m/min using drums of 1-meter in circumference rotated with a electric motor) were observed, in Comparison with those of the voluntary exercise.
Results obtained were as follows :
This experiment suggested that the high blood pressure of an inherent character can be lowered by the voluntary exercise even in the adulthood when their blood pressures are already high.
After changing the forced exercise to the voluntary one at the end of the 17th week, their raised blood pressure dropped gradually, reaching a same level of the non-exercised group at the 24th week.
The raising effects of the forced exercise were identically recognized whether the exercise was conducted in the xcaytime or at night.
